    To help clients visualize first-hand what Creative Works can do and see what they're getting, they've built a 7,000 square foot showroom next to their factory for visitors to enjoy. Inside they house the 6 attractions they've designed and developed for amusement facilities under the following brands:

    Laser Tag World - interactive blacklight LED arenas that put players inside the game

    Cosmic Golf - miniature golf courses (white or black light) filled with adventurous prop pieces

    Lazer Frenzy - America's favorite laser maze and winner of the best new product award

    AtomicRUSH - an immersive arcade attraction for up to 4 players using touch sensitive pads

    Reactor - the "radioACTIVE" show piece for arcade rooms

    ColorCRUSH - wall mounted touch sensitive game that fits in tight spaces

    During the showroom and factory visit, attendees will get to see these attractions first-hand and put them to the test. Additionally the entire Creative Works theme team will be on hand to meet and greet everyone during the tour to help you get to know the faces of the company and the hands that go into producing the attractions. Guests will also see some of the many other custom pieces and props built for clients each day outside of the 6 core attractions the company provides.

EVENT REGISTRATION

  • Registration begins at 8:00 AM.
    Each day will start promptly at 8:30 AM at the meeting room inside the hotel.
    Morning refreshments will be available.
    The event will conclude on day two at 6:00 PM but we encourage you to stay until Thursday morning for other networking opportunities.
    A valid driver's license or passport is required for admittance.
    Dressing in layers is recommended due to room temperature variations.
    No audio or video recording will be allowed.
    If the purpose of attending a 360 EVENT is to help you maintain or improve skills related to employment or business, expenses incurred by you related to this EVENT may be tax deductible according to I.R.C. Reg. 1.162-5.

Event Discounts:

As part of this great event, over $5,000 in discounts will be provided at the end of Day 2 from multiple sponsors to help provide an extra boost to get you started on the pathway to success.

Event Prizes:

As a "Thank You" for attending, we have some great prizes that will be handed out during the event including gift cards, merchandise and more from vendors; not to mention your "swag bag" handed out at the beginning filled with some useful things for the event.

Event Meals:

We want to take care of your needs and look forward to providing great education and wonderful meals. As part of your admittance to our event, we will be providing a hot lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as snacks and beverages (coffee, water, tea and canned soda pop).

Additionally, on Tuesday night we will be taking the entire group out to a fine dining establishment for an evening of networking, food and drinks to end the day in a warm and relaxing environment. For those staying Wednesday evening, it's dinner on your own but we will be headed to one of our favorite family "pubs" (under 21 permitted) for additional networking, cheers, toasts and final farewells.

Event Investment:

To help defray some of the expenses to put this educational event on including the food and beverages supplied throughout the event not to mention all the freebies and discounts, we collect a small charge of $79. Look to our sponsors for a limited number of scholarships available to attend.
